- Site Visit: We usually start with a site visit, where we get an understanding of your business and its surroundings, who your customer is, and what they want. After this initial meeting, we'll go back to our office, think about how can we help you, and come up with some preliminary drawings of potential ideas.
- Get a free quote: In order to provide a quote on a free basis primarily, they need to complete conceptual drawings with accurate measurements.
- Preparing Conceptual Drawings and Design: After the site visit or based on earlier discussions with you, we generate conceptual drawings that show different ways in which your new product or service could be visualized — those conceptual drawings will be discussed further in order to prepare them for presentation to our clients.
- Discussion and review: Once all the drawings are finalized, they are put together in a presentation that is emailed to our clients .
- Preparing final drawings and Estimate activity sheet: Once they have agreed on a price, they will prepare an estimate sheet based on the drawings and you get a detailed quote at this stage. The estimates are usually provided in writing or as pictures with written explanations.
- Your work done: When you approve the ideas, we can create your final design. After that, you can sit back and relax. We will do the rest of the work for you and provide you with the best results.
